A Message from the Founder: The Mission Behind Strongpoint
I didn’t build Strongpoint to be another consulting and management firm that sells 200-page reports and billable hours. I built it because, after a career as a Marine Officer, years working in trades and running projects, and experience running small companies, I saw a recurring failure in efficiency of execution.
I’ve watched brilliant leaders become the bottleneck of their own companies—not because they lacked vision or talent, but because they lacked the time and operational architecture to support it. I’ve seen massive projects bleed capital because the owner didn't have a representative who spoke the contractor’s language fluently enough to hold the line.
Strongpoint is the solution to that gap.
My methodology is rooted in the TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) I learned leading Marines: everything must be measurable, every role must be defined, and every objective must have a clear path to execution. Intent and purpose must be understood at every level, and there should be clear boundaries and delegation of authority and responsibilities. This is what creates accountability, as well as a sense of pride when the task is complete.
The operational architecture is the foundation used to scale.
Strongpoint’s approach to planning and risk assessment is backed by some of the most top-tier training, and real-world execution in the private sector and military service. Strongpoint does not aim to impress you with a graph and colorful slide deck. We want to identify the critical items you and your teams were too pre-occupied to identify. We want to develop the solution and see it implemented.
I am the principal, but I expect my team to be aligned in my approach. Regardless of whether I am auditing a back office to buy back ten hours of your week or acting as your operational partner scaling a recent acquisition, my approach is the same: No fluff. No buzzwords. Just the surgical application of logic and leadership.
If you are an owner exploring growth and refinement, you have already done the hard part—you built the machine. My job is to ensure that machine doesn't break under the weight of your own growth.
We provide the oversight you need so you can return to the work you actually enjoy.
Respectfully,
Joseph McKee
